This Strength & Condition (S&C) programme aims to progress an athletes competency in the gym environment and increase their strength, robustness and movement quality to support their Triathlon training. The programme features mobility, activation, stability and strengthening exercises with the two main purposes of reducing injury risk and improving performance. It is specifically structured to create robustness by strengthening joints and conditioning tissues that can be susceptible to fatigue and injury in the rigorous sport of Triathlon.

Beginner

  • The programme is suited to Triathletes who may not have gym experience but wish to add in Triathlon specific strength training into their training.

Intermediate

  • The programme is suited to Triathletes who have some strength training experience but would like a specific strength and conditioning programme to take their training to the next level.

Advanced

  • The programme is suited to Triathletes who have strength training experience but would like a specific strength and conditioning programme to take their training to the next level.
