That 👆👆👆 is the definition or running efficiency.
And it’s so, SO important.
Problem is, most people don’t give efficiency a single thought when trying to get faster.
They might throw in an extra tempo workout each week.
Splash the cash on the latest carbon plated shoes.
Or simply try to up the speed on their zone 2 sessions.
Without beating around the bush, none of these are great ways to increase your speed.
(And that last one -- trying to run your zone 2 runs faster -- is a recipe for disaster.)
