Personal Coaching (1-2-1 Coaching)

In addition to our standard plans, the Brownlee Fitness coaching team, led by Head Coach Mark Buckingham, have assembled additional enhanced plans/packages for triathlon, duathlon and running. Pricing for these varies between £150 and £250 per month depending on your discipline(s) and weekly training volume.

Coaching by: MARK BUCKINGHAM (BUCKO)

Mark is qualified to BTF Level 3 and UK Athletics Level 2 and has been coaching athletes of all abilities for over a decade. Originally a runner, he represented GB in track & field, cross country and mountain running, he took up triathlon quite late at the age of 25 and has raced and trained alongside the Brownlee brothers for seven years as part of the British Triathlon squad.

Bucko's 1 to 1 package includes:

  • Sprint distance - Full Ironman, Running & Duathlon coaching
  • Email support from the coaching team at Brownlee Fitness
  • Monthly one to one call with Head Coach Mark Buckingham
  • Specific race planning based on your personal goals
  • The chance to try some of Alistair and Jonny’s favourite sessions
  • Delivery of the planned sessions through Training Peaks
  • Optional additional sessions for strength and conditioning
  • Optional swim analysis (video based)

Coaching by: NON STANFORD

ITU World Champion, Olympian, Commonwealth Games athlete

Non comes to the coaching team with a wealth of knowledge and a readiness to share the vast experience she gained during her journey from beginner triathlete to World Champion and beyond. 

 

Alongside a BSc Hons. in Sport and Exercise Sciences, she already has experience as a coach, qualifying in 2014. Specialising in coaching Sprint and Olympic distance racing, Non was based at the Leeds Triathlon Centre from 2011 to 2018, training alongside the Brownlee Brothers and gaining a unique insight into their highly successful approach to training and racing. Non believes the key to a successful athlete coach relationship is communication, and prioritises gaining an understanding of your lifestyle and external commitments, so that a realistic and successful training plan that fits you, your life and your goals can be established. 

Non's 1 to 1 package includes:

  • Sprint/ Olympic distance coaching (70.3 coaching for specific individuals)
  • Email support 
  • Monthly call with Non
  • Specific race planning based on your personal goals
  • The chance to try some of Alistair and Jonny’s favourite sessions
  • Delivery of the planned sessions through Training Peaks
  • Optional additional sessions for strength and conditioning

Coaching by: CHARLOTTE FISHER (Nutrition: Endurance athletes)

Charlotte holds a BSc in Nutritional Science and completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Loughborough University before moving into nutrition education and coaching. She has worked within a range of performance settings including athletes participating in cricket, touch rugby and professional football, as well as working with both performance and lifestyle clients to tackle goals such as endurance performance, weight management and health. Charlotte's approach to nutrition is person centered, practical and evidence-based to find strategies and solutions that work around your needs, preferences and lifestyle.

 

Problem Solving Sessions:

  • A 30 minute, one to one video call to work through any specific nutrition issues you may be facing.
  • A chance to ask the questions that you want to know the answers to.
  • Booked at a time to suit you (some evening and weekend slots available).
  • £40 per session booked as and when you need them.

 

Monthly One to One Coaching:

  • 30 minute initial consultation (via video call)
  • Personalised nutrition strategy tailored to your specific goals 
  • Weekly email check in and ongoing email support and adjustments to the nutrition strategy as necessary 
  • A monthly catch up via phone or video call
  • £200 per month 

 

90 Day Performance Nutrition Blueprint:

  • An initial 60 minute consultation via video call
  • Personalised nutrition strategy tailored to your specific goals 
  • Weekly email check in with detailed feedback 
  • Ongoing email support and adjustments to the nutrition strategy 
  • Race nutrition planning as required 
  • A 30-60 minute 1:1 call per month (4 in total over the course of 90 days)
  • Unlimited access to 30 minute problem solving sessions (fair usage policy applies)
  • £1200 for 90 days support
