This strength and conditioning (S&C) programme is designed to be performed alongside and complement the Brownlee Fitness 5k & 10k running programmes.
The programme is designed to introduce runners to S&C exercises that will improve their range of motion at key joints that are important for an efficient and smooth running style, whilst also conditioning tissues that may be susceptible to fatigue and injury in running.
All the exercises included can be performed at home without any specialist equipment and with minimal time investment.
